Growing up, I was constantly surrounded by those who exuded genuine strength. Strength that was more then just brute muscle and superficial power. The strength I witnessed was deep and layered with discipline, truth, and selflessness.
This strength was seen through:
My father’s drive to work tirelessly to provide for his family and his firm will to be the BEST at whatever he put his mind to.
My mother’s strength and compassion as a nurse for terminally ill children who left her own family each night to care for someone else’s.
My Auntie’s self discipline and determination to beat any and all of life’s challenges from segregation, migrating to America from a small poor country, and chronic illness.
My uncle’s commitment to building a strong body through many disciplines (martial arts, gymnastics, bodybuilding).
My brother’s mission to become the strongest version of himself while inspiring others to do the same.
I was fortunate to witness the BEST people build both inner and outer strength that was more then just on the surface. This strength ran deep and developed not only their bodies, but their minds and characters.
My upbringing eventually lead me to my own path of inner strength as a Holistic Health Coach where I teach people to rebuild the foundation of their health in order to thrive and grow stronger in life. I knew that health was more then just protein shakes and low body fat.
In order to be “strong”, one more look past the doors of a gym and into their minds, physiology, and spirit.
For this reason, I wrote “The Simple Guide to Holistic Nutrition”.
It’s my guide for teaching others to create a foundation of inner strength and health that goes beyond just diet and exercise. On it’s pages, you will find all of the values that I practice each day which stem from the lessons I’ve learned as a child and the years I’ve spent in the health and wellness field.
If you’re looking to go deeper in your quest to becoming “the strongest version of yourself”, this guide will help you to do just that!
